The Studio is a unique, completely renovated 1940's studio overlooking a one acre organic farm, located just minutes from the historic Village of Arroyo Grande.
With a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and outdoor patio with bbq and propane fire pit, The Studio is the perfect place for your relaxing Central Coast getaway.
Six miles to the beach, three miles to wine tasting in the Edna Valley, and a beautiful twelve mile country drive to SLO, The Studio offers something for everyone.
Things to Know
The Studio was built in the 1940s. Just about everything has been updated and modernized, except the windows are original and just a little temperamental.
The Studio has a propane fireplace heater which works amazing when it’s cold. There is a fan, but NO AIR CONDITIONING. This is not an issue except for a couple of warm warm weeks each year, usually in September. Be aware and take care.
- The Studio is located about 250 ft away from The Spartan, another Wild Hair Retreat. The two spaces are very separate and private, but you may occasionally see other guests on the property.
